Return and exchange of goods

According to the current legislation of the Czech Republic, cosmetics are included in the list of good quality goods that cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

We guarantee the quality of our products and compliance with storage conditions. If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In such cases, we will arrange for the return or exchange of the product at our expense.
