Delivery

Delivery in the Czech Republic is carried out by Zasilkovna.

FREE DELIVERY from 80 EURO! When ordering up to 80 EURO , delivery is paid according to the carrier's tariffs.

Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped on the same day (except weekends). Orders placed later will be shipped the next business day.

After your order is collected and ready for shipment, you will receive an SMS with the consignment note number. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel on the Zasilkovna website. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipments are made from the city of Ostrava.

Please note! The parcel is stored at the post office for 5 business days (after the expiration of the period, the parcel is sent back without warning).

Please check your parcels upon receipt at the Zasilkovna branch, and in case of violation of the integrity of the shipment, draw up an appropriate act. We accept all claims for goods damaged during transportation only if such an act is available.
