Contract Rescission

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of goods or from the date of conclusion of a service contract. However, GVScosmetics - in the person of the private entrepreneur Olesia Hirka, offers buyers the option to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, it is necessary to send an email to the seller, at the address gvscosmetics.cz@gmail.com about the cancellation within the aforementioned period. The goods you wish to return should be sent to Marie Pujmanové 1221/8, 70900 Ostrava. The consumer, if they want to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, must send the returned order to the seller's contact address along with all documentation, e.g. original invoice, samples, instructions, and other documentation for the goods, which must be delivered along with the goods, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

The above amounts will be refunded to the buyer/consumer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. Unless otherwise agreed, the funds will be returned in the same manner in which the buyer made the payment.
The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract if:

the sale of goods made according to the special requirements of the consumer, custom-made goods, or goods specifically intended for one consumer;
the sale of goods that spoil quickly;
if the durability of the goods has expired at the time the goods were with the consumer;
the sale of goods sealed in protective packaging, which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and the protective packaging was damaged after delivery;
the sale of goods that due to its nature may be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
